Easiest Pie Ever (Eggnog Pie)

Eggnog pieMost of my family loves Eggnog, so much so that we start looking for it at the grocery store as soon as Halloween is over. A few years ago I came across a recipe for Eggnog pie, and made a couple. We brought the pies to a few holiday gatherings, and a tradition was born. The recipe below is the stripped down version. Feel free to dress it up with crushed candy canes or chocolate curls, or whatever you think would be good.
